St Francis Animal Clinic

I don't think it's the Dr.s as it is the staff calls are never returned the medical files don't stay properly updated. They have a large turnover rate with techs except for travis who needs to be let go instead of the others my fees are always dbl when he does my bill and never are they the same price every mth for the same thing. I switched to st. francis after dr. heiss hired another vet dr. heiss is an excellent vet and very kind unfortunately like all of us we age. I really liked the new dr and transferred my care to them. But when it came to refilling mthly pheno barb for my dog every mth was my dog would go a min of one week with no pheno which travis blamed on everyone but himself cause he never passed the msg on this was ridiculous and when expressing to him that this has to stop it's not good for my dog plus always had an excuse as to why my dogs strength wouldn't be in every mth things got worse. then recently going in for mthly meds they refused because bloodwork needed to be done yet it had been less then 6mths but because travis entered the wrong year on the file yet i had proved i had not transferred my dog to them until the year after showing my dogs medical records from previous vet how he relayed the story to the vet i dont know but i had requested to speak to the vet several times i never ever would receive a call or told she left out the back door i really do not think it's the dr. herself rather then what she is told after days of msgs so I said that doing the test is fine however she needs to get back on her meds correctly to have test properly done i was given 2wks worth which mind u i had been trying before she was out to refill but still went week and half with none so scheduled the test but i ended up in hospital severly sick 2.5wks which parents had left several msgs n never got return call i call today when released from hospital told travis what was going on and how no msgs ever returned so what does the dr want to do dog has no pheno been without over a wk so how does she want to do this he said he would talk to dr and call right back well after hrs of waiting and closing time about to happen i call back i was told that he would call me maybe sometime tomorrow i said thats another day no meds n more seizures but ok fine phone rings 5 min later travis tells me after speaking to owner and vet i must take my dog elsewhere cause im not in compliance i said really and u told them the truth of how long its taken to speak to someone etc. he said yes and cut my dog off on a friday after waiting for wks for instructions and a wk with no meds and seizures drops patient with no outlet doesnt seem like thats even proper code of conduct of a dr. But my attorney will get to the bottom of it just too bad my dog is the one having to suffer because someone fails to properly do their job and when an employee brings up these mistakes that this individual does its them losing their job. I have referred 2 ppl to take their dogs to st. francis that we're very sick and when calling to be seen they were told they could not be seen for 2 wks to call back and both lost their dogs within a few days. Travis became worse with me after i would not give him or sell him my pain meds I'm sure u didn't tell the owner and dr that did you
