The firm owes this to founders Victor Chavez and David Grieves and the principals they recruited to join them. Our vision is to be the "Engineering Firm of Choice" as we continue our outstanding record of supplying quality design and service to our clients throughout the southwest and other parts of the United States. We hope to realize our vision by adhering to our core values and by uniting our design and management skills with technology, individual contribution, talent, discipline, reputation, integrity and teamwork. Headquartered in Albuquerque, New Mexico, the firm employs over 40 people, including engineers who are professionally registered in 15 different states. Our most valuable resource at Chavez-Grieves is our staff of engineering and administrative professionals.
