How long have you been in business?
I started Computer Services of Albuquerque in 2003, so, we will be celebrating our 10 year anniversary this year.
What is your primary product or service?
We carry many different products that help small businesses automate their offices, but we are primarily oriented around Dell and Microsoft solutions.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I started working with computers when I was 14 years old and over the past 32 years I have had a wide variety of experiences in many different areas including managing a network with 2,000 computers and helping to design the networks at the Bilagio, Mirage and Treasure Island Casinos in Las Vegas Nevada.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Other business seem to take 1-2 weeks to get a technician out on site. We know that small business cannot wait that long. We make ever effort to get a technician out the same day that we get the call, or worse case scenario, the following business day. We also do somethings that other companies don't seem to do: We answer our phone, we return phone calls and we even answer the phone on the weekends and after hours.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We currently have one location on Tramway and Montgomery and yes we do have plans for another location.

Computer Services of Albuquerque is located next door to the Smith's in the Glenwood Village shopping center at Tramway and Montgomery.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, cash and local checks.
Which areas do you service?
We service Bernalillo and Sandoval Counties, Santa Fe, Los Lunas and Belen.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Ken King is the owner.
What are your hours of operation?
Monday thru Friday
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
That we were able to fix something that others could not.
