Screw-backs on pierced earring posts
My husband purchased 1 ctw diamond earrings for our anniversary. Because I recently had lost a small ruby earring that I had purchased from you a number of years ago he asked that the posts be screw-backs. The salesman told him that would be done. The posts on the back of the diamonds are not screw-backs as promised and this needs to be resolved.
