How long have you been in business?
Rick Foley Investigations, LLC has been i business since 2009, however, Rick Foley has been a Private Investigator for 16 years.
What is your primary product or service?
Intellectual Property/Brand Protection and Civil Liability Defense. We also conduct administrative investigations for private companies, government as well as Law Enforcement.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I spent 21 years in law enforcement with 12 of those years in Homicide. Upon retiring in 2000, I became a private investigator and have loved the job. Because we do cases defending law enforcement agencies and working with counterfeit crimes, it allows me to stay in touch with law enforcement.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are the only PI company in New Mexico that has received the Gold Album award from the Recording Industry Association of America for our work on combating counterfeit music. We are also the only only New Mexico PI company that belongs to the International Anti Counterfeit Coalition.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Right now we have one office in Albuquerque and do not plan to open another office, but plan on expanding to a larger facility.
