How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have been a massage therapist since 2001. I was told that I had a special gift of healing with massage, so I went to school in Albuquerque NM at a school called Body Dynamics. I worked as a massage therapist at a business here in Albuquerque where I me my wife who was also is a massage therapist. We opened our own location in 2008, but the economy crashed, and we had to shut down the business. I went off to school to learn emergency medicine and now am a first responder as well as a massage therapist.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
At Amore Domenica Spa in Albuquerque, my wife and I along with our expert team of licensed massage therapists have lived and grown up in Albuquerque. We specialize and have been trained in a variety of massage therapy techniques, including Crystal Healing, Swedish massage, Deep tissue massage, Hot stone massage, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Craniosacral therapy, and more. We are located in the heart of Albuquerque. Our spa offers a tranquil oasis where you can escape the stresses of everyday life and indulge in personalized treatments tailored to your needs. We are wanting to expand to include other activities that will enrich a person's life, including acupuncture, mental health, and spa amenities like salt glows and seaweed wraps. Whether you're seeking pain relief, stress reduction, or simply a moment of relaxation, our comprehensive range of services, is designed to promote wellness and balance for the mind, body, and spirit. We hope that that our clients will experience the healing power of massage therapy and embark on a journey of healing and rejuvenation.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Right now, we have only this one location in Albuquerque. but our plans are to expand beyond New Mexico and open more locations around the country.

From I-40 exit onto San Mateo. On San Mateo go South till you reach Copper, make a right on Copper and go west. Travel west on Copper 3 blocks till you reach Jackson ST. Make a left on Jackson. We are the 3rd building on your right 129 Jackson ST NE.
